Question : How much room does the machine take ?
Answer : To exploit the production unit, you will need a minimum of 5ml x 4ml.
Q: How many samosas can I produce?
A: The frequency is adjustable by the operator of the machine and lies between 900 and 1800 pieces per hour, depending on the type of stuffing.

Q : What is the necessary quantity of ingredients for 100 samoussas ?
R : First of all, you need 100 thin strips of dough (58mm x 195mm). Then you must prepare the stuffing as shown on the page EDGARD'S RECIPES, which displays quantities for 100 samoussas. If you want your samosas to be really richly stuffed you can double the quantities.

Q : How many people are required to run the machine ?
R : 1 person to run the machine, and 1 person for the preparation and the hand feeding of dough and stuffing. The fabrication unit is really easy to operate.

Q : How much energy does the fabrication unit use ?
R : around 2 KW/h.

Q : What is the average life span of the machine ?
R : With proper care, the machine can be everlasting.
